An amazing Property!

A very spacious property with excellent ammenities including 4 bathrooms, an office with Internet access, 3 large bedrooms, and balcony with marina view. Extremely clean and tidy, and very well furnished.

Excellent location within the Marina, many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, and the property is a 10 minute walk away from Jumeirah beach.

Extremely happy with the property, service provided by MyDubaiStay and overall experience.

I would definitely highly recommend.

We arrived early in the morning. The person who came to fetch us from the airport was very nice and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage by their office while waiting for the check in time. Our apartment was ready just after three in the afternoon. Good family accomodation, spacious rooms, free internet, peaceful you do not get any disturbance from anyone. Clean rooms except for the balcony(out door) furniture and plants they were not taken care of seems they have been neglected for a while. Nice swimming pool. Taxis are always available to take you anywhere you want. We used to go to deira almost every day for 50-60 AED.

Royal Oceanic was ideally located for my short visit to Dubai The apartment was lovely and clean, checking in very simple and good views of the marina and beach. Just a short walk to visit my family who live around the Marina and beach also close by the Metro,and Marine Mall.

would definitely book to stay at Royal Oceanic again..

A perfect location in an impressive apartment

The location of this apartment is fantastic, and it's 10th floor position provides wounderful views of the sea and the burj al arab.The apartment was very well equipped and maintained in excellent conditions, all of which made the sat an absolute pleasure. I arrived late in the evening and the check in was a little confusing as nither I or the Security Gurad knew where the keys were, but once we solved that he could not have been more helpful in making sure I was sorted. The apartment has a dedicated parking place in the basement with left access, all of which makes this a desirable location. I would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again, or recommending this to friend or colleagues. Thank you.

Great Value for Dubai and Great Location

The Waves B was a great location for us. With a young baby, we were close to the Dubai Marina Mall facilities, and the beach and JBR.

We have to say we booked a 1 -bed appt with MyDubaiStay but we were upgraded to this one, so whilst we’ve marked as Excellent Value we only paid for the 1-bed and got this 3-bed place in the end.

We booked transfers through MyDubaiStay - pick-up was good, but return to the airport at the end wastnt as good (untidy car, and tailgate dint work - it was cramped).

We’d go with MyDubaiStay again.
