A 1 bedroom apartment in the prestigious Damac Waves Building located at Dubai Marina, one of the most sought after areas in Dubai. Fully furnished and equipped to a high standard for short term rental , in a modern contemporary style, ideal for both business or leisure. Our self-catering apartments offer you more space than a hotel room and hotel apartments in Dubai, you'll also enjoy the extra privacy. Facilities include a large swimming pool, children's splash pool, gym, outdoor tennis court, seperate gents and ladies sauna and steam rooms. A large spacious lounge and dining area lead on to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a complimentary water cooler with Nestle Pure Life Water. The apartment has a large bedroom with a Kingsize bed and a spacious balcony that overlooks the marina. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people if you also decide to use the two comfortable Futon Company sofa beds in the lounge, full bedding is available for these. As this is a DELUXE apartment you will also find an LCD TV and high speed internet, if you bring your own laptop you can plug your Ethernet cable into the wall socket or select a Wi-Fi access point from our list of extras. If you are in Dubai on business we can also offer you a local Mobile Phone and a Printer/Scanner/Copier on loan at a nominal charge for the duration of your stay. The telephone in the apartment allows free local calls and can accept all incoming calls. Also included in our charges is twice weekly housekeeping including bed linen and towel change.
